New Mexico Courts Case Lookup 1.3

This mobile application provides access to New Mexico Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, District Court, Magistrate Court, and Municipal Court data. The Municipal court data is restricted to criminal Domestic Violence and DWI historical convictions from September 1, 1991 onwards.

Information on District and Magistrate cases is updated daily, ensuring its accuracy within 24 hours of entry into the court's database. Cases filed before the completion of the statewide court automation project in June 1997 may be stored in a separate database, dependent on the individual court. For cases filed prior to 1997 and not found on the website, contacting the court directly is recommended.

For inquiries regarding the validity or precision of any data, feedback on the web application's usability, or technical support questions, please direct them via email to helpdesk@nmcourts.gov.

Starting July 1, 2007, the New Mexico Judiciary will cease displaying juvenile criminal cases on its Case Lookup Mobile Application. Similarly, commencing July 1, 2008, Family Violence Protection Act Order of Protection cases will no longer be visible on its Case Lookup Website.
